I had a mixed experience at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. The recent multimillion-dollar remodel really shines, especially in the lobby with its cozy gathering spots by the heated fireplaces. However, the staff's customer service left a lot to be desired at times. The location is fantastic, right by shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore downtown.
